Shashikala is going to 3rd year Bachelor of Computer Application in June 2009. In her fourth semester exam she stood 2nd in her class with an aggregate of 92% and next year would like to beat the boy who stood 1st. But this can only happen if we can pay her fees of Rs.44,000 at the St.Joseph’s Arts and Science College. We wish to collect the fees of Shashikala and 99 others of the Ashwini Charitable Trust(ACT). The Ashwini Charitable Trust supports the education of underprivileged children till they are employed.
I will be running at the upcoming Sunfeast W 10k Run to be held on 31st May 2009. I am determined to collect Rs.10 Lakhs through the run. This will cover the fees for all the 100 children . I count on you to help me mobilize funds for the education of the children. You can send a cheque/DD in the name of Ashwini Charitable Trust and ask your family and friends to contribute as well.
